ARTWORK LICENSES
There are two type of Artwork Licenses available for purchase from Lemiché Studio for personal and commercial use:
STANDARD LICENSE
NON-EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE
This license allows you, as ONE USER, to create unlimited personal and limited commercial use physical products using the digital assets purchased from Lemiché Studio.
ACCEPTABLE USE
- Unlimited projects for yourself, family members, and friends.
- Up to 5000 physical End Products to be sold to customers.
- Website and social media content.
NON-ACCEPTABLE USE
- Distributing files purchased from Lemiché Studio in any manner, including: selling, giving away for free, or as part of a package of products.
- Allowing more than one user to use assets purchased from Lemiché Studio to make projects for personal or commercial use.
- Creating a digital product to sell or distribute using the assets purchased from Lemiché Studio.
- Uploading and using assets purchased from Lemiché Studio on any print on demand (POD) or any other fulfillment platforms, so that the outside person or company can make physical or digital end products on your behalf.
- Falsely represent authorship and/or ownership of the Lemiché Studio assets.
Any other use that is not expressly permitted in the license terms is strictly prohibited.
EXTENDED LICENSE
NON-EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE
This license allows you to create unlimited personal and limited
commercial use physical and digital products using the digital assets
purchased from Lemiché Studio.
ACCEPTABLE USE
- Unlimited projects for yourself and/or your clients.
- Up to 250 000 physical and digital End Products to be sold to customers.
- Website, social media or any other commercial marketing content.
NON-ACCEPTABLE USE
- Distributing files or allowing your clients to distribute files (as-is or with superficial modifications) purchased from Lemiché Studio in any manner, including: selling, giving away for free, or as part of a package of products.
- Uploading and using assets purchased from Lemiché Studio on any print on demand (POD) or any other fulfillment platforms, so that the outside person or company can make physical or digital end products on your behalf.
- Falsely represent authorship and/or ownership of the Lemiché Studio assets.
Any other use that is not expressly permitted in the license terms is strictly prohibited.
All artwork is designed by Lemiché Studio and protected by copyright laws.
